This Privacy Policy explains how Hope Media House collects, uses, shares, and protects information related to Tini Time Club and our website.

2) Information We Collect

  • Account & Profile: name/username, email, password (hashed), profile photo (optional).
  • Content: reviews, ratings, comments, photos, favorites, venues you add.
  • Device & Usage: app interactions, diagnostics, crash logs, device model, OS version, app version, and a device identifier.
  • Location (optional): approximate or precise location when you enable location features (e.g., discovery/map).
  • Contacts & Social (optional): if you choose to find friends or share, we process the minimum necessary (e.g., hashed identifiers).
  • Support: messages you send to info@hopemediahouse.com and related metadata.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
  • Personalize discovery results and show relevant content.
  • Safety, security, content moderation, and fraud prevention.
  • Communicate with you (service messages, feature updates).
  • Analytics and performance (aggregate or de-identified where possible).
  • Legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms.

4) Legal Bases (EU/UK)

Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, improvements, analytics), consent (optional permissions like location/notifications), and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.
  • Legal/Compliance: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

6) Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion; see "Your Rights" below.

7) Your Choices & Rights

  • Permissions: You can disable Location, Photos/Camera, and Notifications in iOS Settings.
  • Marketing: We currently send only service/transactional emails.
  • Access/Correction/Deletion: Email info@hopemediahouse.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
  • GDPR/UK GDPR: You may have rights to access, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8) Children & Legal Drinking Age

The App is not directed to individuals under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction and not to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). If you believe a minor has provided data, contact info@hopemediahouse.com; we will take appropriate action.

9) International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries outside your own (e.g., Canada, U.S.). We apply appropriate safeguards as required by law.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
