Tini Time Club is operated by Hope Media House Inc. These Terms govern your use of the app and related websites. By using Tini Time Club, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be of the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the app.
• Do not use the app while driving or in situations where distraction could cause harm.
• Tini Time Club does not sell or serve alcohol.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hopemediahouse.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

You may post reviews, photos, comments, and other content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, spam, misleading, or that violates others' rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of your reviews, photos, comments, and other content. By submitting content to Tini Time Club, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, and marketing Tini Time Club.

All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the app, including Tini Time Club, are owned by Hope Media House Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

The app may link to or integrate third-party services, including maps, photo storage, analytics, authentication, and app-store services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Features like nearby discovery, photo uploads, and alerts require device permissions. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work without them.

The app is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, reviews, maps, ratings, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hope Media House Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hope Media House Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your content.

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the app. You may stop using the app at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie with the courts located in British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
